Dwight DeWerth-Pallmeyer has a proven track record of success.  His first documentary, The Critics: Stories from the Inside Pages , produced on a shoe-string budget of $5000, is now housed in at least 198 libraries world-wide from Singapore to Halifax.  The film has been successfully distributed via Films for the Humanities and Sciences and via ArtFilms.co.uk

DeWerth-Pallmeyer is also an effective storyteller.  He has written, produced and reported numerous reports for National Public Radio, CBS radio, Monitor radio, hosted TV talk shows, and been cited as an authority on a variety of topics from Forbes, USA Today, Fox 411, the Associated Press, The Christian Science Monitor, o.Canada.com, AZ Central.com, Metro US, among others.

DeWerth-Pallmeyer is an Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Widener University in Chester, PA.  He is the author of the book, The Audience In the News.  He loves working with both students and media professionals.

Production Assistant               Emily Bruce

Emily Bruce is a sophomore communication studies major at Widener University. She is focusing in public relations and advertising. She has always had a passion for writing and wants perfection in her works. She is 19 years old and is Production Assistant of Cellular Aftershocks. She's from Woolwich in southern New Jersey, and enjoys playing music and soccer in her free time. Her favorite saying is "never let anyone feel less than you feel."

 Alexus Gale O. Yang


Alexus Yang comes from Delaware County, PA. She is a Senior Communication Studies Major at Widener University with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. As Project Manager, her duties include project documentation as well as the maintenance of expense reports. Yang is responsible for tracking the overall progress of the project as well as contributing to a variety to tasks that further research supporting the film's key premises. Along with other team members, Yang hopes to elevate the overall visibility of the documentary.

Yang comes from the Delaware County, PA. She is a Communication Studies Major at Widener University with a focus in Public Relations and Advertising. As Project Manager, her duties include project documentation as well as the maintenance of expense reports. Yang is responsible for tracking the overall progress of the project as well as contribute to areas that require further research. Along with other team members, Yang hopes to help lift the project off the ground.

Samuel DeVecchis


Sam DeVecchis is a Sophomore Communications major with a concentration in Film Studies. He attends Widener University which sits right next to his home town of Brookhaven, PA. He hopes one day to be a Film Director or Director of Photography. He plans to move west after graduation. In addition to his involvement with this Film, DeVecchis is president of the newly formed Widener Film Club.

Danny Corey

Danny Corey is a 2006 graduate of Widener University's Communication Studies Department.  He is base now in Santa Monica, California and works on a great ariety of projects nationally.   After Widener he cut his cinemagraphic skills teeth helping to film the TV series "Jon & Kate plus Eight."  He now makes a number of short films in between free-lance work for a variety of clients, including the Jimmy Buffett Band, Colledge College Admission Counseling, Arbor Bridge SAT Curriculum, DC Shoe Company, Pen Center USA,

Tim Scepasky is a senior lecturer in Communication Studies at Widener University.  He is also the Creative Director for the Gravitas Media Group near Philadelphia.   He has taught a variety of film, editing and production classes at Widener and also works in graphic design.  After college, he served for six years as the Prodution Manager for the Reimel Carter Advertising Agency in Philadelpia.  As a professional cinematographer, he has shot with Canon, Panasonic, and Red Cameras.

Danielle Cardona is a junior Communications Studies student at Widener University with a concentration in Broadcasting. Danielle is very involved with civic engagement causes and opportunities. As one of two student film editors and student cinematographers, her focus includes filming and editing, but she is also involved in research and promoting the documentary through social media sites.
